Penetration Tester / Security Researcher
OSCP or higher certification, experience in red team testing, web application and network exploitation. You read threats like a book.
ISMS Auditor
CISA or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, experience in implementation and audits, understand regulations (NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
Security Advisor (CISO-as-a-Service)
CISSP, CCSK or equivalent certification, strategy experience, board communication skills, risk management expertise.
