2. What data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (full name, email, company, role, topic, message content) and technical data collected automatically by the server (IP address, browser type, visit time).
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process form data to reply to your enquiry on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in maintaining a business contact).
4. Retention period
We retain form data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 24 months from the last contact.
5. Data recipients
Data may be shared with IT service providers who operate our systems (hosting, email, CRM). All providers are bound by data processing agreements.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (uodo.gov.pl).
