Is accessibility mandatory?

For public sector: yes, WCAG 2.1 AA required (Digital Accessibility Act). For private companies: not mandatory, but increasingly implemented for reach and reputation.

What is the difference between WCAG A, AA and AAA?

WCAG A — minimum accessibility. AA — reasonable and achievable standard for most sites (recommended for public institutions). AAA — most restrictive, required in special cases.

Does accessibility cost more in development?

Implementing accessibility during site creation is much cheaper than adding later. Well-designed accessibility typically adds 10–15% to initial development time.

Will accessibility audit find all issues?
