  • Companies bidding for public tenders
  • Manufacturing and service organisations
  • Subsidiaries of international groups with compliance requirements
  • Companies preparing for supplier audits
What you get

Outcomes

Gap analysis vs. ISO 9001:2015

Every clause (4–10) mapped to your current processes. We identify gaps and propose a remediation plan with priorities.

QMS documentation

Quality policy, quality objectives, operating procedures, work instructions — written for your organisation, not a template.

Process approach

We map key processes, define KPIs, risk indicators and continuous improvement mechanisms (PDCA).

Internal audit program

We run your first internal audit, train your internal auditors and leave you with a repeatable audit programme.

Management review

We prepare the management review pack and run the first review with your board.

Certification audit support

We attend Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits with you. Proven track record across multiple certification bodies.

How we work

ISO 9001 implementation in 5 phases

  1. 01

    Gap analysis

Interviews with key stakeholders, document review, process mapping. Report with gaps and recommendations.

  2. 02

    QMS design

System scope, quality policy, measurable objectives, procedures, responsibilities. Context of the organisation and interested parties.

  3. 03

    Implementation & training

Launch QMS processes, train employees, monitor KPIs and collect evidence that the system is working.

  4. 04

    Internal audit & review

Full internal audit cycle, management review and corrective actions before certification.

  5. 05

    Certification audit

Stage 1 (documentation review) + Stage 2 (operational audit). We attend both with you.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does ISO 9001 implementation take?
Typically 4–8 months from kickoff to certification audit. Timeline depends on organisational size and process maturity.
Is Cydefen ISO 9001 certified?
Yes. We went through the certification process ourselves and maintain an active ISO 9001:2015 certificate, so we know the requirements from practical experience.
What is the difference between ISO 9001 and ISO 27001?
ISO 9001 covers quality management (processes, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement). ISO 27001 covers information security. Many controls are complementary — we implement both standards.
Is ISO 9001 required for tenders?
Many public and corporate tenders require ISO 9001 as a qualification criterion. Having the certificate gives you a competitive edge.
How is it billed?
Fixed price per phase. The certification audit is paid directly to the certification body. Book a consultation for a detailed quote.
